Individual Counselor

West Grove Clinic is an established outpatient and State Certified mental health and substance abuse clinic in the greater Milwaukee, Kenosha, Appleton, and Marinette area. These thriving clinics provide a collaborative, and supporting environment for clinicians with a variety of levels of experience.

We are looking to add a counselor to our team. Ideally, we are seeking a provider who is interested in working full time. However, we are open to hiring the right candidate seeking part time work.

We are seeking a provider that is willing to do in person sessions, but also offer virtual sessions.

Requirements for this position:

• Must hold one of the following Wisconsin licenses: LPC, LPC-IT, APSW, LCSW
• Must be willing to work with both the mental health and substance use populations.

• Someone who will follow DHS 35 and 75 guidelines.

• Provider who is willing to work with Medicaid, Commercially insured, and self pay populations.
• Provider who has experience working with both the mental health and substance use populations.

What would you be responsible for as a clinician at West Grove Clinic:

• Completing documentation in a timely manner using our cloud based EHR.
• Submitting billing in a timely manner using our cloud based billing system.
• Managing your schedule, front desk staff does assist with scheduling new and existing clients.
• Making sure your clients have completed all necessary paperwork.

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year

Intern/ Volunteer

West Grove Clinic is an established outpatient and State Certified mental health and substance abuse clinic in the greater Milwaukee, Kenosha, Appleton, and Marinette area. These thriving clinics provide a collaborative, and supporting environment for individuals who want to further their education and knowledge on mental health and addiction.

We are looking to add interns and volunteers to our team.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

• Someone who is looking for an internship for their schooling or to fulfill clinical hours
• Someone who is looking for more exposure and experience in the mental health field
• Someone who wants to make a positive impact on our community
• Someone who has good organizational skills
• Someone who has the ability to mainly work independently, but can collaborate with others when necessary

What would you be responsible for as an intern/volunteer at West Grove Clinic:

• Scanning and uploading client information into patient charts’ in our EHR system
• Attending weekly staffing meetings
• Organizational tasks
