I utilize medical nutrition therapy, stress management skills, attunement, and exercise programming to proactively enhance the health of my clients. I am a strong believer in addressing the fundamentals of health care: skills for managing stress, skills for managing diet, and skills for managing exercise. My proactive approach involves careful nutrition and lifestyle assessment in conjunction with a medical history, nutrition diagnosis, nutrition and stress management education, and coaching clients through behavioral change.
