What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ‘ray-key’) is the Japanese healing art dedicated to stress reduction, relaxation, and wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Reiki promotes the body's natural ability to heal by replenishing and balancing the Ki or life force energy that flows through us.  
 
I have personally experienced how mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected and how an imbalance can affect a person’s total health.  Reiki has been a wonderful blessing in my life and it has been a large piece to my own healing path.  It is with this energy that I graciously guide others onto similar journeys.

Associates degree in Computer Science
Bachelor’s degree in management of computer information systems
Fifteen years of professional experience in the computer industry
Owner/Head Designer of Flowers by Bella Rose, an event florist
 
FREE TIME/ENJOYMENT:
I am a wife and mother of three beautiful boys.  In addition to family adventures, I am a world traveler.  My goal as a parent is to show my children the world.
