Anna Weaver, MSW, LCSW, CEAP

Anna Weaver is licensed psychotherapist who has worked in the mental health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for over twenty years. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  Her experience includes providing clinical and administrative services to adults, adolescents, couples, families, and organizations. Anna has worked with adjustment difficulties, stress-related illnesses, depression, anxiety, work-related issues, marital/relationship conflicts, grief/loss issues, infertility issues, adoptions, women's issues, and mid-life transition issues.  Anna utilizes an eclectic theoretical approach in treatment based upon but not limited to, family systems model, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, solution-focused model, and family of origin work. In addition to psychotherapy Anna provides Divorce Coaching and Mediation services to individuals and couples and is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining West Grove Clinic Anna held the position of VP, Clinical Services with a National Company providing EAP, Work-Life and Crisis Management services.  She has extensive experience in providing consultation services to organizations and HR managers. Additionally, Anna is a Certified Wellness Manager, assisting companies in the implementation and management of Wellness products and services
